Hendrik Silbermann’s (Germany)long-term project "Lunanauts" deals with effects for American "Moonwalkers", which were triggered by their experience of a foreign celestial body and by developing a different perspective onto the planet of their origin - incidentally in the anniversary of the first moon landing. Silbermann’s work has been focused on astronomical research, its absurdities and goals for several years. His cycle of silk-screen prints "Moonwalkers", consisting of slightly distorted portraits of astronauts, was first on display in 1998 in the Dresden Academy of Arts.
